• Performing bank reconciliation’s, investigating issues and discrepancies.
• Manipulating data on excel, running age debt reports and chasing outstanding customer accounts.

• Ensured that all expense claims are collated, approved and paid on time.
• Processed cheques and wire transfers in line with client requests.
• Raised purchase and sales invoices, coded, and posted to ledger.
• Dealt with and resolved of invoice queries including credits liaising both with clients, suppliers and partners.
