The most amazing time travelling through Europe over the course of 9 months, with particular highlights being Madrid, the Paris Olympics and a tour of southern Italy consuming all the coffee and pasta imaginable.The time off also gave me extra time to spend with my family (especially my young niece and nephew), help one of my best friends build a house and recharge for the next chapter!
