Covering competition, transactional and customer data.-Developing Tableau reports along with gathering requirements for self service cubes to enable users to analyse information more effectively.-Lead the implementation of a central reference table management system.

Developing, improving and maintaining data presentation processes and systems to provide senior management and colleagues with manageable, accurate information and insight in order to make forward decisions. Mainly combining advanced features of Excel, Access, Outlook and Office VBA along with scheduled SQL Server packages.-Automated the weekly performance report, reducing the generation time from 1.5 days to 30 minutes.-Developed a system to forecast and calculate the planned revenues for the next financial year; accomodating multi-user input to adjust based on individual knowledge and experience. The system significantly improved the generation and accuracy of the budget.-Streamlined and improved multiple reports into a small set of useful tools for senior stakeholders, ensuring each one was automated and validated.-Assisted in the development of a significant new datasource to be used in conjunction with a Tableau front end to allow far superior reporting for the Commercial Team.-Developed an automated tool to allow stakeholders to analyse competitor pricing activities.Customer Champion: working to promote and embed the easyJet Customer Charter among colleagues. Special Assistance Team Leader: part of the Emergency Response Team, prepared and confident to lead a team of colleagues to assist families and others affected if an accident occurs.

Integrating existing applications and aspects of Microsoft Office to streamline business processes. Coordinated with external IT Contractor to productionise and fully support the developed processes.
