• My role at INSET is to host and ensure the smooth running of the online events by managing the event registers, while providing high quality support to trainers throughout their event delivery and to deal with any technical difficulties experienced by delegates.• I work on delivering excellent customer service within an online environment, where exceptional written communication is essential as I am working with teachers’ whose profession is to educate students on vocabulary and punctuation. This role improved my punctuality, reliability and ability to work calmly under pressure in stressful environments due to the live aspect of the job where there is no time or room for error.

• Designed and implemented an automatic stock control system in Excel, which included an independent stock re-ordering process which calculated the cost of each re-order• Designed and implemented a website which included the facility for online customer orders

• Worked with the research department to create an in-depth database of all competitors using crowd funding. • Entered data in to Excel and interpreted large data-sets• Attended morning meetings with the other departments and presented my spreadsheet to them.
