At the time, Tom was the Product Manager for the Residential Mortgage Backed Securities line of business - a business that he successfully promoted and exponentially grew over a twelve year period. Tom had full management responsibility for all facets of day-to-day administration, service delivery, cash management, new business development, and strategic alliances. Tom had consistently demonstrated team spirit and comraderie in promoting cross-pollination efforts and bundling all services found at LaSalle. After the LaSalle Bank sale, Tom and I worked on a sales integration team to address de-coupling and re-attachment of the trust department - focusing on client impact. Post-integration, Tom would lead the sales & product development team, a team that I subsequently joined, and our business interests became unequivocally aligned. In conclusion, Tom is a reasonable, fair and consistent manager who encourages and supports his staff.
