Leading the TA strategy for Jensten across the Group, my role is to grow the organisation organically by attracting and retaining industry leading talent, owning the Jensten employer brand and leading and coaching a dedicated team of TA professionals.

My role was to recruit, train and lead a team of sector specialists across all of our key geographical territories whilst maintaining an exceptional level of client service.

My role was to attract, develop and retain skilled and high performing colleagues that helped contribute to the success of MPS. I partnered with hiring managers, executive committee and Council (Non Exec Board) to make sure we achieved this goal. Driving a direct hire model and cost savings of circa £1million since 2018 I rationalised supplier spend creating a high performing PSL whilst maximising networking and existing networks to grow the EVP of MPS and candidate attraction. Recruiting NED, C-suite and senior Heads Of roles across all MPS divisions (with particular focus on Digital, Change, Finance, Risk and Compliance) I am keen to continue to grow my personal network with like minded individuals who may be interested in joining the World's leading MDO at an exciting time of growth and expansion.
