With Tom’s help we put together a very successful consignment system and Kanban replenishment methods. We also participated in 6 Sigma exercises to help lower cost and improve quality through their management team at their manufacturing location. A recent survey with executives did a study on what do you look for in your supply base. Trust and respective were at the top of that list. Tom brings both of those assets to the table.
