Stemmable is a self-funded business that builds and scales B2B SaaS products. The products have 5- to 6-figure ARRs and 5-15% MoM revenue and customer growth.

- Managed a team that owned the company's foundational data, on which all of Entelo's five core products depended- Our team owned 6TB of continuously-updated data ingested from dozens of sources via multiple data pipelines, industry-leading real-time entity resolution across 2 billion identities, and other data products and integrations- Led a redefinition of the company's staff engineer level description and expectations, and hired the company's first staff engineer into this updated position- Supported the team in significantly exceeding one of the tech org's top-level business metric KRs for which we were solely responsible with only one quarter of effort

During my three IC positions, I was the tech lead of four teams (sequentially) with diverse responsibilities, including multiple products, data engineering/foundational data, and technical partnerships. I also:- Led and provided guidance on multiple multi-team projects- Led the company's adoption of Kubernetes in 2015, including leading an internal users group, building internal tools, contributing code to Kubernetes, and hosting and speaking at SF Kubernetes Meetup events at Entelo- Helped foster an award-winning culture (Glassdoor #3 Best Place to Work (Small & Medium Companies, 2017)) during rapid growth (10x headcount growth over 4 years) as one of the foundational members of Entelo's engineering team- Led technical relationships with Entelo's enterprise customers, which generated the company's largest sales- Led or advised dozens of projects: two new products, monolith service extraction, service rewrites, core product redesign, data quality improvements, Kubernetes adoption, entity resolution, customer-facing reporting, sales lead scoring
