Tom has Bachelors and Masters degrees in Finance and spent the early part of his professional career working for an international accounting and consulting firm. Tom worked for a large real estate development company in the Midwest where his responsibilities included financing over $100 million in properties on a annual basis. Tom's ability to develop and lead large teams of independent representatives comes from working for almost 10 years with an international distribution company. He was part of a team that developed and opened several international markets throughout Asia and the South Pacific.
