Some of my key career achievements include building a nationwide network of 100+ highly profitable clinics, and a medical network of 250+ doctors that formed the foundations for business growth, designing and project managing the development of two bespoke software platforms which reduced training and induction time by 400%, establishing key commercial and strategic partnerships with influential industry bodies, implementing the ISO 9001 quality management system and continually achieving year on year growth including reaching £6 million turnover in just 8 years.
