I started selling real estate in 1974, have seen many changes in Omaha and the real estate profession. Was the youngest manager of a real estate office at 29 years old. Managed Merit Company in Bellevue as my first management position in real estate. After managing Merit moved to Hogan Real Estate in Papillion and managed their offices in Papillion and Bellevue. 1980 started CBS Associates with Dale Woehler. In the end of 1982 the prime rate was 20% and no one was buying or selling real estate. Unfortunately Dale and I closed the doors of CBS Associates. Went to work as a salesman for Century 21 Jay Real Estate in 1982. Worked their until 1992 when I went to work for RE/MAX Real Estate Group and then became the manager of their new office in Papillion. Moved to northwest Omaha in 1998 and became an Associate Broker for NP Dodge, where I am currently working today. I have moved over 650 families over the years and have enjoyed every minute working with families looking for homes or selling homes. There is no home to small or to big.
