Backflip Studios is a mobile games company responsible for many hit titles including DragonVale, Paper Toss, NinJump, Army of Darkness: Defense, Dwarven Den and many more...As founder and Design Director, I oversaw design of all of the studio's games. Responsibilities included:- Building and managing the internal team of designers- Developing design procedures and documentation standards- Leading design on many internally developed projects including (but not limited to) NinJump, Army of Darkness: Defense and Dwarven Den- Designing many individual game features and systems including tutorials, user interface, monetization and gameplay balance- Building and managed the internal prototyping team for developing new game concepts and mechanics- Developing and managed usability testing and procedures- Consulting with publishing partners on best practices in mobile game design and monetization

Double Vision Games is a small self-started group putting out online card games for the iPhone, including Online Spades and Online Euchre.

Earthscape was a social geobrowser for the iPhone, similar to Google Earth.
