Leading a diverse team of software engineers, we tackled unique projects nationwide, spanning critical infrastructure, augmented reality, local authority initiatives, mobile solutions, and bleeding heritage projects for the Princes Trust.The core of our work was R&D, fostering collaboration with stakeholders to craft world-class software for both iOS and Android, aimed at enterprise and B2B. Our approach hinged on product discovery, ideation, and wireframing, propelling each project into a value-centric development phase.Some of my most memorable experiences at Bronze include crafting an augmented reality light switch app with markerless technology (which was difficult at the time) for in-home use and spearheading a wearable tech project, evaluating over 100 devices to create a cutting-edge human performance app.While at Bronze I honed my skills: taking on complex software projects, connecting the dots, and seamlessly integrating stakeholder and development perspectives. This combination, known nowadays as Product Management, is what I consider part of the Product Design process.

I worked as a senior designer within the in house studio team, working on all aspects of client work from initial briefing through to full branding campaigns. Design for print and web with a strong project management and client liaison element. Spearheaded the Web SEO projects, and represented matm in the international BNI networking group.

Designer for busy print studio, fully trained on pre press preflighting, litho print, plate making, design techniques for print. Gaining valuable design for print experience, and learning to design on budget, interprete clients requirements and deliver on tight time scales.
