It’s hard to judge the return on investment on Personal and Professional Development training. The truth of the matter is people who are helped, noticeably improve in performance. They also value their colleagues more and their jobs. This leads to increased employee satisfaction, improved mental health and greater performance. My job is to work with team lead, whether it be a manager, HR or L&D Director to discuss the issues which are being presented before creating a training plan. Then delivering that training.The way I work I called group facilitation as it involves the input from everyone in the room. Almost everyone I work with has experience of some kind which can be brought to the table and is therefore valuable as it helps every attendee have a vested interest in the training. I specialise in Presentation Skills, Public Speaking, PowerPoint, Pitching for Business, Storytelling for Business and Communication Skills. I can work with groups or one-to-one either face-to-face or live online and, if you have the facilities, hybrid as well.I am passionate about my ethos and methodology because it doesn’t try to create a cookie-cutter approach but allows people to be themselves and embraces uniqueness.
