- Responsible for Real Estate Investment department.- Duties include supervision of department employees, investment strategy, department budgeting, production of new investments, portfolio management and equity asset management nationwide.- I implemented updated investment management procedures in the production, portfolio management, and asset management areas. This involved the introduction of new techniques and procedures, as well as fine tuning the procedures in place.- Production responsibilities include the analysis, negotiation, recommendation and closing of new debt and equity investments on a nationwide basis.- Additional responsibilities include the management of the debt portfolio, which includes loan inspections, workout negotiations, foreclosure actions and restructured loan monitoring.- Asset management responsibilities included directing the management, leasing and disposition of real estate owned. - In addition to my real estate responsibilities, I was a member of the corporate Finance Committee, which set overall investment strategy and product pricing.
