-Designed air skate and pressure chambers to attach to a pod that is in the SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition.-Machined a small scale air skate to test various nozzles geometries and configurations.-Assembling a pod that is approximately 20 feet long and weighs 1200 pounds.

-Designed a variety of microfluidic chips in SolidWorks to optimize flow and reduce bubble formation.-Prototyped devices using CNCs, laser cutters, and 3D printers, tested for bubble formation and flow rates, analyzed data using Excel and presented results to clients in weekly meetings.-Assembled microfluidic devices in a clean room and increased production 10x when the product went to market.-Tested a variety of solvent bonded chips on a Mark-10 tensile/compression tester.-Developed spring loaded stands with linear slides for optical devices used to analyze fluidic flow.

-Worked in the Tooling Department managing all communications regarding ongoing projects. This included detailed weekly schedule updates, manufacturing error notifications, sample results, etc.-Oversaw all outsourced projects to ensure they were completed on time and the products were acceptable. This included visiting other factories to check on tools and to oversee mold tests. -Identified areas for possible business improvements, molded future states in SketchUp, wrote proposals and capital expenditure appropriation requests, and managed implementation of approved projects.-Led project to standardize all terminology and translations used within the company.

-Worked as a vital member of the Remote Presence (AVA) team. AVA is a mobile robot with a video teleconferencing system.-Designed test fixtures in Creo, fabricated in the machine shop, created test plans, conducted various tests on robot hardware, wrote up and presented results of tests to lead AVA engineers.-Performed maintenance, upgrades, assembly, and debugging of robots. -Organized robot fleet to keep track of status of current robots.-Managed inventory and tools to ensure correct location and quantity; ordered replacements when necessary.
