Lead the day-to-day operations, manage program staff and guide the long term strategic direction of Energize New YorkEnergize is a innovative grant funded (DOE & NYSERDA) residential home energy efficiency program that drives demand and increases participation rates for home energy upgrades through community based marketing, PACE financing, grassroots outreach, online tools and homeowner education.With the support of an advisory board, set the strategic contours and tactical initiatives to meet the program's overall objectives. Manage vendors, staff, volunteers, technology, stakeholders, grant reporting, budgets, and other program aspects to maximize efficiency and scale.

Evaluate and recommend sustainability programs, best practices and strategies for SMBs, municipalities, and non-profit organizations. Develop and produce conferences on regional sustainable economic development and green jobs training strategies. Provide strategic consulting services for environmental awareness campaigns and implementation of organization wide sustainable business planning.

As both US and Global Product Manager for several leading edge WAN services I was directly or indirectly responsible for their launch, market penetration, sales support, growth and P&L. Services included MPLS, CPE and Network Based VPN services.

As a volunteer staff member of the John Hall for Congress campaign (NY-19) I was responsible for developing and running the Election Day GOTV (Get Out the vote) Ride to Polls program. I was also responsible for managing and distributing the campaign volunteer database (1500+ people) to our GOTV captains. John Hall (the challenger) won the election.

Put together the development plan and financing for a mixed use real estate redevelopment project. Co-managed the project to completion and full occupancy.

Developed on Internet Strategy for the company and rolled out its first two Internet services. Before my arrival the company was running a global FAX network (X.25) and did not have an Internet strategy or Internet products and services.

Developed software systems for internal campus-wide business, adminstrative, and academic departments. Co-developed the college's first campus intranet utilizing web (http) technology.

Develop business rules, processes and systems design criteria for automating homeowner mortgage pre-approvals at Real Estate offices.
