About Tom Brown

I currently have two companies: Pollen-Tech LLC, and Phoenix Interface Technologies. I help innovative companies get up and running and generating sustainable sales. I do this with technologies I introduce and when asked to help with other technologies. For Pollen-Tech I developed the electrostatic spray process for pollen dispensing to give farmers more control over their crops. Typical yield increases are around 15% and our target markets include almonds, cherries, apples, pears, plums, apricots, peaches, coffee and tomatoes, If cross pollination is required and there is a bloom timing gap we can give immediate help. For cherries we can go from no fruit to a bountiful harvest, I am working as CEO at this company.Phoenix Interface Technology is a technical screen printing company for electronics and technical parts. We do graphic forming for injection molding, membrane switches, sensors and overlays. We also print EL lamps and use LED lighting. We make flexible lamps that are used in safety vests and other clothing applications. My role in this company is owner and I work with a very technically competent staff.Specialties: Formulation, Product Development, Business Development, Sales, Quality Systems, International Business / Relationships, Intellectual Property Development and protection, Electroluminescence, Formulation, Statistics, Plasma Etch, Electrochemistry, Solar, Environmental Regulations, Mathematical Modeling, Metalurgy, Analytical Chemistry, Business Productivity Software, Sales, Community Leadership, Teaching and Training
