Short project direct recruiting for one key hire for BankiFi

Hands on Head of Talent Acquisition for a Series B funded FinTech company doing amazing things in the Open Banking world! First order of business was to switch off the "agency tap" and take ownership of our Employer Brand and smash candidate experience! Was personally responsible for head hunting three Managing Directors for brand new Lines of Business as well as key exec sales roles. Also had my own personal monthly vacancy load to work. Built out the TA foundation for Moneyhub and led a team who made 50+ direct placements in 12 months without the need of recruitment agencies, saving Moneyhub £500,0000 plus in agency fees. I really enjoyed my time at Moneyhub as they let me thrive and fully put my TA skills to use!

Short term contract to recruit for key tech and non-tech roles for a growing Fintech company

In December 2021, Join Talent acquired DigiSource Group and I led this new JT brand to develop and grow JT's hyper agile offering. Managing a Europe wide team of 15 - 20 TA Superstars embedded within a diverse range of clients from enterprises to tech startups.

This was a project via RPO / Embedded Talent Onsite at Jungheinrich UK Ltd to lead their Talent Acquisition Team. Our main objective is to take talent acquisition away from third party vendors and through active sourcing, executive search and social media recruiting attract the best engineering and commercial talent whilst building an unrivalled Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand in the market place.
