My role involved strategically managing an offshore team to phase out the legacy system while simultaneously assembling and leading a new team to develop our contemporary SaaS-based lending solutions. These products are now pivotal for commercial and mission-driven lenders, offering enhanced speed, transparency, and efficiency in lead generation and deal closure.Key milestones achieved by our team under my leadership include:-Successfully developing and launching a PPP loan origination and forgiveness platform, which efficiently processed 60,000 loans, amounting to nearly $6 billion in funding.-Skillfully transitioning our core framework to the more robust and scalable .NET Core / 6.-Overseeing the complete redesign of our corporate website, www.venturesgo.com, enhancing user experience and corporate branding.-Implementing Stripe for streamlined and automated SaaS billing, significantly improving our operational efficiency.

At the largest hedge fund on the west coast, I played a pivotal role in engineering sophisticated enterprise applications, integral to streamlining back-office operations. My expertise was instrumental in designing and implementing robust systems for trade reconciliation, partnership allocation, and deal management. These applications not only optimized operational efficiency but also ensured precise financial management, reflecting the high standards required in high-stakes hedge fund environments.
