Developing the recruitment processes assisted NMG in preparation for doubling it's workforce from 2014 to 2019 from 275 to 475 total employees due to growth in sales and production.

Responsible for the strategic planning and daily operations of all recruiting functions on assigned searches for staff replacements and new positions for ClinicalRM's government and commercial customers. Directly manage a Talent Acquisition Team of 3 and serve Army, Navy, Air Force, and other BioMedical Research customers nationally. Responsible for directing the Talent Acquisition Team with enhancements with Talent Acquisitions strategies that led to yearly increases in new hires in a single year, 140+, and an employee roster of 370+, both company highs in 2012. These ever growing numbers have lead to yearly increases in company revenue for the 7 consecutive years employed at ClinicalRM.*HR team eliminated/positions outsourced September 2013*

Responsible for Managing all Human Resource activities (i.e. hiring & onboarding, employee relations, benefits, performance management, training & development, payroll) for 150+employees and 3 direct reports for a company providing Emergency Room Billing & Coding. Responsible for companies 1st major implementation of an HRIS/payroll software to streamline HR and payroll data.

Managed two Group Home facilities in Portage county that provided support to 18 individuals with developmental disabilities. Served as primary contact between Group Home setting, developmental workshop, medical providers, guardians, and state and local facilities. Developed programmatic support to assist in increasing daily living skills, behavior management, and skills to adapt and function independently in the community. Responsible for 20 direct reports operating between the two group homes and oversaw all hiring & onboarding, training & development, performance management, employee relations, payroll, and regulatory compliance for all employees. Operated both group homes over a 7 year span with with a 98% success rate without any major State of Ohio Medicaid audit violations
