As an Implementation Agent I was responsible for handling the merchants’ boarding requests/ requirements as smoothly, efficiently and quickly as possible in order for the merchant to be able to process transactions (card present and/ or e-commerce). This included:- Acting as a first contact in the time-sensitive ‘boarding process’ i.e. boarding merchants in order that they can effectuate payments made by their customers/ consumers.- Collecting and checking all necessary documentation, in compliance with internal -and legal- requirements.- Responsible for the technical set up in front and back office systems and activating payment terminals for the Merchant to effectuate a seamless application process.

As a Vendor Applications Manager my main responsibility entailed the process of allowing clients to use various payment services and systems.This included:- Executing merchants’ requests to obtain credit card ‘merchant identification numbers’ at ‘acquirers’ such as Barclaycard, American Express, Elavon, Royal Bank of Scotland WorldPay, Euroline, JCB (Japan Credit Bureau), Allied Irish Banks and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.- Collating, calculating and providing all necessary information and documentation to acquire these credit card ‘merchant identification numbers’.- Working intensively with other departments to check financial information and to assure contracts are in place and have been signed by all correct parties.

- Trainer of youth, teams and individuals of all ages.- Set up a youth training and diploma programme for the club.- Built from scratch a considerable youth group at Squash Hillegom (up to about 50 children) and maintaining it for over 10 years. I encouraged and motivated parents and friends to help out with activities, fun days out and tournaments around the country.- Organised numerous youth tournaments at Hillegom and travelled extensively to other clubs with the youth group, coaching and accompanying at youth tournaments, youth league matches, National Championships and even on occasions International Championships.

- Teaching English in ‘de Onderbouw’ (Secondary School) to MAVO and HAVO pupils.- Class Teacher & Mentor: in charge of a class during the school year and the mentor of up to 10 pupils per year.- Always keen to participate in the various school day-trips and excursions e.g. adventure/ ‘survival’ week in the Ardennes with the 3rd year pupils.
