Responsible for planning and profitability of 2 fundraising campaign events. Accountable for Corporate Development and major gift solicitation. Active in volunteer and committee chair development.

Doubled special event revenue in 2009 - 2010 to $1.5 million. Remotely managed and coached successful Dayton team member to a Man & Woman of the Year event raising $600,000, a 50% increase in revenue. Increased revenue by 42% Light the Night event, 26%, School & Youth program and 34% Man & Woman of the Year in the years from 2006 - 2011. Assisted in recruiting 20 volunteers for the Man & Woman of the Year campaign in Dayton and Cincinnati that resulted in increased revenue of $380,000 in 2009 - 2010. Managed the internship program with all local universities promoting alliance with schools and service learning with students. Developed and executed the corporate development program and the lunch/learn programs which resulted in corporate alliances.

I solicited middle to upper level restaurant chains in the mid-west to utilize our rebate consolidation software.
