Created a line of business structure including oversight of Relationship Managers in four States, a centralized Portfolio Management team, SBA Specialist, Non Profit Banking, Workout, Marketing Support, and Microbusiness Lending Solutions.Recruited a team with a common goal of delivering a differentiated approach of focusing on becoming a Trusted Advisor to our clients vs selling commoditized products. Executing on this strategy through adding value to our client’s with seminars and webinars on topics business owners desire, a team approach to client relationships including a Relationship Manager, Portfolio Manager, Client Specialist, Treasury Management Specialist, and SBA Specialist to assist when unique lending structures are needed. We then compliment this with a unique set of Simplified Small Business Products designed to keep the Business owner focused on running their business, not worrying about their banking. We support our clients through regular visits to understand future issues so we can be proactive vs reactive and also provide our Small Business Resource Center as a tool for cash flow forecasting and business planning.
