My role as Division President includes overall strategic direction and sales and organizational leadership for the Indiana Operation. I focus on organic growth, new business development, enhancing community presence, attracting new talent as well as servicing existing clients.Businesses and individuals continuously face challenges and need an advocate on their side. They need someone who understands both current and emerging issues and that can assist in minimize their risks while being mindful of their costs. Nothing motivates me more than being; a part of each client's success.As Division President, all Horton clients are my clients. My role in leadership and operations focuses on delivering to clients the best of our team's performance. It's imperative that we are always giving our client's an experience that is both exceptional and memorable. That attention to detail is what sets our service apart.
