Project scope included new commercial kitchen, restrooms, mechanical, electrical, data & security systems, signage, and interior finishes & furnishings.• Prepared applications and exhibits required for residential HOA/DRC approval, as well as Planning & Zoning District approvals for multi-family and commercial renovation projects. • Completed DD, CD’s and CA for new 1,857 sf custom home in Crested Butte, Colorado.• Managed design and consultant teams to develop design and construction documentation, and obtain permit approval for retail, and multi-family community space tenant improvement projects.
