Leveraging an analytic process based on decades of research, Encompass-CX measures the relationship strength of your clients and generates 1:1 tailored strategies to enhance each individual business relationship - person by person.Encompass-CX emerged out of research on customer experience. After a decade conducting qualitative and quantitative customer research for clients, it became clear to us that customer satisfaction and Net Promoter scores do a poor job of assessing relationships between companies and their customers on a 1:1 basis.Our work with clients has demonstrated that companies that use this strategy can reach sales goals more easily by gaining more up-selling or cross-selling opportunities and in most cases pricing advantages. In addition to new sales clients have saved hundreds of millions of dollars per year in marketing and customer acquisition costs by increasing customer retention just a couple percentage points.Encompass-CX now serves clients around the globe.
