As a Company Group Chairman with Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, I am honored to be leading our North America organization as we innovate with purpose to lead where medicine is going. Every day, our teams are working to bring therapies to market to treat patients facing a range of diseases from common to rare to complex – among them a multitude of cancers and immune-mediated diseases, mental health disorders and neurodegenerative disease, cardiovascular disease, pulmonary and retinal disease – with the goal to help as many patients as possible realize better outcomes and to live better and healthier lives. Having started my career as a chemist and hospital pharmacy tech, my love for this work begins with the deep science behind our prescription medicines. My passion is fueled by the top talent around me and the difference we can make when we collaborate with stakeholders across the health care ecosystem and many regions of the world, to ensure our medicines reach people when they need them most.
