Leading all Business Development Functions within InSite's three core business units (retail, industrial and office). Responsibilities include both the maintenance of existing clients as well as the execution of processes established to earn new clients.

Designing major commercial HVAC systems and project managing their purchase & installation taught me the details and paths required to get buildings built as well as the importance of up front coordination amongst all members of the design team; architect, civil engineer, tenant, tenant's architect, vendors, contractors, etc.

Working at a big Fortune 100 company exposed me to the procedures and systems often in place at very large corporations. This experience allows me to tailor our Program to accommodate our clients' project approval systems.
