Support the design and delivery of e-learning modules and stand-up training of new systems.Ensure appropriate support strategies are in place strengthen staff readiness for a support centre.

Supported Business Delivery & Change Management team to deliver remote field engineer handheld IT devices to offer real time feedback back to the business.
