- CSU - Art Gallery - Cleveland Whiskey Distillery- Multiple Interior Fit Out Projects with a Range of Clients-Allen Theatre Renovation and Addition - Major Renovation of a Historic Theatre and new construction of two additional Theatres.-Key Bank - Multiple Branch Remodels-Great American Tower at Queen City Square - 41-story high rise office building, which is now the tallest building in Cincinnati. The Great American Tower at Queen City Square is the second phase of this project, following the construction of an 18-story Queen City Square 305 office building. The skyscraper rises 660 feet into the air, and is surrounded by a pedestrian plaza at the street level. The office space is 800,000 sq. ft., with a 20,000 sq. ft. retail arcade, a spacious promenade and entry rotunda, and an 11-story parking garage. The highlighted feature of the building is a unique 400-ton steel tiara inspired by those worn by Princess Diana.-Northern Kentucky University - The Bank of Kentucky Center - Basketball Arena - 230,000 sq. ft. 9,000-seat Sports and Entertainment Arena for Northern Kentucky University. The arena houses basketball games, tradeshows, concerts, meetings and banquets. The arena includes 12 luxury suites and houses the NKU Athletic Department offices and locker and training facilities.-McAlpins Condo Renovation - Renovation of an existing 200,000 sq. ft., 5-story building located in downtown Cincinnati. The project scope included 64 luxury condominium units with a 1 ½ story parking garage below.-University of Cincinnati's - Varsity Village project, a complex of athletic fields and sports facilities. The centerpiece of the Varsity Village complex is the 236,000 sq. ft. Richard E.
