Door-to-Door canvassing throughout Colorado and Kansas generating leads and prospects. Performing free property and roof inspections for potential clients and assisting them file their insurance claims from storm damage. Following up with leads and helping clients understand their coverage on their home as well as taking them step by step through the whole process until their home is fully restored.

A Leadership Development Trainee is a management role in APR where you earn your way through different pathways. Starting from being a trainee to a branch manager, and eventually a regional brach manager, where you oversee multiple branches in a region. In the process, I have had the opportunity to attend large sales and distribution summits all over the country to help further my knowledge and exposure within the industry. This far, I have attended a three day event in Las Vegas with the American Supply Association (ASA Network 2021), where I traveled with the CEO and spoke directly to our top vendors. In March of 2022, I traveled to Indianapolis and attended a five day event called, University of Innovative Distribution (UID). There, I had the opportunity to listen to 3 speakers a day that all touched on the side of distribution as well as leadership and innovative strategies that I could take back and apply to my company and everyday life. July 2020 - I began my career at APR Supply in our main distribution center (Lebanon, Pa). I spent the first four months in the DC learning the ins and outs of a highly functioning distribution center. From receiving purchase orders, transfers between branches, as well as the routes and logistics for shipping to our branches and directly to our customers. November 2020 - I was promoted to Philadelphia to begin my process as a counter salesman where started to learn more about sales, product, and customer interaction. While gaining knowledge on the sales side, I have made valuable relationships with some of our top contractors in the region in which they allowed me to come along on some of their jobs. Being in the field allowed me to be more hands on and further my knowledge and experience within the industry and the products that I am selling. This helped elevate my branch's overall sales and profitability.

Seasonal (Between College Semesters)As a moving agent, I had the duties of carefully packing and unpacking customers homes while also ensuring the customers were comfortable and satisfied with our job.

Food Runner - Assisting servers, restocking all dining and service areas, clearing and resetting table, complete daily and weekly cleaning sheets, ensuring all condiments were amply supplied on all tables, traying food orders and delivering them to correct table efficiently and accurately, and forwarding any guest concerns to the applicable wait staff person or supervisor.Server- I was responsible for serving and understanding all food and beverage items. As well as, working in an efficient, professional, guest-oriented manner; maintaining constant communication with the guest and kitchen to provide 100% guest satisfaction. On top of that, I was in charge of recording and delivery orders, keeping guest tables clean and orderly, assisting all staff members in operation of the dining room, and completing my opening and closing duties during every shift.
