Constant liaising on all designs with customers, suppliers, toolmakers and other internal teams to meet agreed timing plans.To ensure that required designs are fully discussed and agreed with the Manufacturing, QC and relevant departments that all of which have a hand in delivering our skills.Reviewing tool designs with material managers checking SG, shrinkage and various technical properties which are critical prior to tool manufacture.With customer contacts in China, daily tooling conversations/requests, producing tool quotes, reviewing and producing GA DWGs, ensuring tools are designed and manufactured to the correct press sizes.Log all tracking of project management with daily timing plans, ensuring work load in and out of workshops and tool rooms are proportional to the work load with other colleagues.Meetings with clients, discussing design sign off and ensuring Tier 1 and 2 Aerospace and automotive specifications are met. I was able to design, re-resign, reverse engineer products to full fill the customers high production output rates.
