Scite combines deep learning with a network of experts to show how an article has been cited -- and specifically, to show if the article has been supported or contradicted by the citation. (Formal consulting arrangement ended with company's acquisition by Research Solutions in November 2023.)

Built and maintained close relationships with publishing houses, news/information providers, and similar rightsholders, helping these organizations discover competitive and financial opportunities for their content. Also served as Rightsholder Relations liaison to CCC's Government Relations team, which works to guide policymakers on copyright modernization and related topics.

Managed strategic accounts, working primarily with scholarly, academic, and STM publishers providing content for the Web of Science, a multidisciplinary collection of influential scholarly research.Transferred to London in August 2016 to establish the company's first Publisher Relations presence outside of the United States and to foster stronger relationships with European publishing partners.

Developed educational, content, and financial strategies across academic disciplines and for a series of publications, especially Davis’s Drug Guide for Nurses, the company’s best-selling nursing title. Coordinated the efforts of in-house and freelance writers, editors, marketers, and digital-publishing specialists. Served in a number of related acquisitions and project-management capacities prior to achieving this senior role in November 2008.

Edited manuscripts at various stages of completion and in a variety of genres, including sports, history, parenting, and pop culture.

Created multimedia educational content with a team of physicians, medical writers, and software engineers, and edited a variety of company publications. Achieved the role of Senior Production Editor in February 2002. (MedCases and IC Axon merged in 2003.)
