I have over twenty years’ experience in strategy, climate and sustainability advisory. I am the Net Zero Strategy Lead for UBS. My career spans strategy consultancy Oliver Wyman, pioneering climate change institute the Carbon Trust, group strategy at a 'big four' UK bank and strategy consultancy Booz Allen Hamilton.My most recent experience is in developing industry guidance on sectoral pathways and transition plans and working with CSO’s on climate change and broader ESG client engagement, risk management, balance sheet steering and ESG opportunity assessment. Prior, I was integral to the development of the UK's renewable policy landscape, launching its largest offshore wind RD&D programme and deploying resource efficiency programmes internationally with multilateral development banks.Tom holds an MBA (Distinction) from INSEAD, and a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Cambridge University.
