The SCK CEN Academy is embedded in the Belgian Nuclear Research Centre, one of the largest research centres in Belgium and benefits from more than 60 years of nuclear expertise and experience gained from our different research projects. Within the SCK CEN Academy, we contribute to maintaining a competent workforce in industry, healthcare, research, and policy, by offering tailor-made solutions to our customers. We also have specific programmes to transfer nuclear knowledge to the next generations. My role at the SCK CEN Academy is project collaborator: I am working on national and international projects on nuclear education and training. To do this effectively, I try to maintain (online) communication tools and a transparant teaching style.
