I am a clinical psychologist working primarily in renal medicine across the regional footprint. Whilst biopsychosocial and integrative in approach, I draw largely from narrative, cognitive-analytic, and ACT-based approaches in my clinical work. I also have strong research interests spanning health psychology and healthcare staff well-being. Within health psychology, I am interested in the impact of steroid medication(s) on sleep and well-being, organ donation and transplantation, and palliative care. Regarding healthcare staff, I am interested in the impact of moral/ethical distress, team dynamics, and team psychological safety on workplace well-being.
