This evolution inspired the creation of Versatalis Payment Solutions, which I grew to over $250,000,000 in annual sales in under 6 years.     As the V.P. of Channel Development for Salucro Healthcare Solutions, my role was to utilize my entrepreneurial drive, payment processing knowledge and healthcare experience to build the Channel initiative, from the ground up.In addition to forging relationships with key EHR/PM Vendors, key structural and procedural functions were required to handle the traffic generated from the Channel Initiative. Automated Contracting - A core component of my employment was to develop a new provider/merchant onboarding strategy to take contract flow time from 2 months to 2 hours. The fully executable plan included automation workflow, API calls to key underwriting platforms for instant decisions, the creation of an instant "scorecard"​ and a "two-stage"​ underwriting policy.Partner Launch - By working in tandem with third party software vendors, I created a process and format to address all of the requirements of a successful channel initiative. Everything from the contract to implementation was addressed, including marketing, legal, sales and support. Vendor partners engaged include Healthcare executives in Practice Management, patient accounting, revenue cycle management and kiosk payment technology. Departure at Salucro - I am passionate about Healthcare Payments and I see tremendous opportunity for growth. The position at Salucro did not allow me the freedom nor structure to fully leverage my experience, knowledge, contacts and "Vision" to implement an exponential growth model.
