Project approved and implemented.- Led 2017 Haile Optimisation Study, comprising evaluations and planning to set out life of mine development plan for Haile Gold Mine in South Carolina, USA. Scope included open pit expansions, process plant expansion, water management and wastes storage. 3Moz gold production over 17 years. Externally published, implemented.- Oversaw 2017 Horseshoe Underground Feasibility Study at the Haile Mine. Included all mine design, planning of supporting services, capital and operating cost estimation and integration into the Haile life of mine plan. Oversaw the successful preparation of an EIS.- Led Tunkillia and Tarcoola gold projects in South Australia through successful scoping and prefeasibility studies to feasibility level evaluations. Managed Mining Lease applications and environmental approvals. Led stakeholder engagement process and government negotiations. Tarcoola has since progressed into development and operation. - Recruited and mentored the internal project development team, professionals with expertise in mining engineering, metallurgical processing and civil engineering.- Board briefings, company promotional presentations, acquisition due diligence.
