As lead trial counsel, Mr. Coulter litigated several construction cases through trial, involving claims in excess of one million dollars. He obtained experience in all phases of public contracting, from the bidding process through final completion. In addition, Mr. Coulter gained experience in handling a variety of other contract disputes, as well as customs and international trade litigation.
