At Mimecast I worked my way up through the Business Development team, focusing on outreach to C-level execs and Directors at Large UK Enterprises to running the whole Sales Cycle with SMB organisations and working with the buyer throughout the whole process. I've been lucky enough to enjoy every second and benefit from a number of opportunities when it comes to presenting to partners, attending key partner SKOs and being awarded Rookie of the Year for FY22.I'm a big team player, coming from a position where I was surrounded by such a talented wider team I've learned the importance of collaboration and teamwork to accelerate the deal cycle. Through this teamwork, I've gained a lot more confidence in areas surrounding the responsibilities of a traditional Account Manager and can use these to support myself autonomously when needed.Being an active member of the SalesHookup community I'm always curious what's working for other people and keen to share what's working for me.
