Swiss Bioceuticals Group produces high quality advanced cannabinoid compounds for global pharmaceutical and skin care companies and other clients, without the use of pesticides, fungicides, or solvents. Currently, its primary growing and processing operations are in Zimbabwe.After consulting to Swiss Bioceuticals AG, I accepted their offer to become a Director and Acting CFO of a new American holding company, whose shares would eventually be exchanged for those of Swiss Bioceuticals AG. I also consulted on improving the latter's operations. I have built governance, forecasting, strategy, planning, regulatory, accounting, tax, finance, legal, reporting, risk management, organization, and information processes to support the Group companies' growth and development of an integrated separation processing operation in Europe.In March 2023, the planned exchange offer for the shares of Swiss Bioceuticals AG and accompanying Series A funding round were derailed by a hostile bid launched by a group of dissident shareholders that has yet to be resolved.

RIVA Resources was a private equity funded sustainability startup to sequester power plant CO2 emissions in coal seams.Led DOE funding application process and marketing to power companies to obtain pilot project sites. When US Congress failed to pass environmental legislation, and the growth of shale drove down natural gas prices, Riva was combined with Inflection Energy, a NY-focused private equity backed E&P company, where I became CFO/CRO. Co-founded Bristol Partners, which took equity stakes in all its consulting clients. My focus was turnaround and growth strategy and implementation (i.e., integrated process, systems, structure, staff, culture, and balance sheet transformation) for clients in the energy, chemicals, and financial services sectors. For one year, served as subcontracted leader of international project development group for a major energy company that built the first gas pipeline over the Andes mountains, along with gas fired power plants in Chile.
