Utilizing his experience working as a missionary he has honed his skills to become the most successful rookie recruiter in SearchAmerica, Inc. history having achieved the Rookie of the Year award in 2012 for being the highest biller among Account Executives in his office. He went on to earning the Top Biller Award in 2015, 2016 and 2017 for being the highest biller among Account Executives in the corporation. This accomplishment of being the top biller for 3 consecutive years has been matched by only one other person in company history.
