Was in charge of this project for 9 months in which time the turnover of the shop was in excess of £100,000. Successfully ran this business as a sole trader and managed to fund travelling around South Africa, New Zealand, Thailand and a 6 week trip travelling around various companies in Europe.

Travelled around the North and South Island of New Zealand. The highlight being Bungee Jumping, Sky Diving and lots of quad biking.

Embarked on a 3 month Surfing Instructor's course travelling from the west to east coast of South Africa. I faced my fears and by completing a bungee jump of 218 meters, surfed with dolphins, help paint a new school and broke 5x cameras.
