Transactional, I’m not.As a former agency owner and creative director, I’ve spent my working life nurturing strong, long-standing, and fruitful relationships. Which sounds simple, right? Of course, it’s not. But in doing so, I’ve found that the resulting impact often extends far beyond mere project goals and expectations. In fact, I’ve seen companies transformed, careers made, and lives enriched (including mine) as a result of the working relationships I’ve been a part of and helped build. Luckily, I’ve landed at Mighty, a digital design and web tech firm, where I am responsible for fostering new opportunities for the team. (Actually, it's not luck at all. I have collaborated with Cliff and the Mighty team for over 20 years. So there’s that whole relationship thing again.) Mighty’s success is built on the creative stewardship of durable, future-friendly, design and technology solutions for a short-list of client relationships.
