I was responsible for leading a programme of work to Remediate staff for unpaid motor vehicle expenses back to 2013, and design and implement an uplift to the organisational operating model, processes and HR systems (SAP) to ensure the appropriate payment of Mileage expenses going forward.

Working in the Management Consulting team at Tenzing - IT & Management Consultancy, this role provided consultancy and advisory service to a range of clients. My role specialised in service design, business analysis and strategy engagements. As a Senior Manager at Tenzing, this role included leading all aspects of an engagement including project planning and management, team membership and leadership, stakeholder engagement, commercial management, and deliverable development, within tight timeframes and to a high quality.

Leading a team to support the design and delivery of community engagement,awareness raising activities and events across the council. This includes consultation engagement, customer and community insight, and a range of community programmes.

This role was to develop and lead the regulatory and engagement work stream, requiring working across local authorities across New Zealand and other key stakeholders such as NZTA and NZ Police in order to gain the appropriate approvals for the Group to import and operate these new postal delivery vehicles. This included assessing and navigating the regulations, bylaws and policies in place across each region and at a national level, and also developing a risk management framework to support the implementation.

Responsible for coordinating the development of a Group-wide environmental strategy across NZ Post, Express Couriers, Kiwibank and other subsidiary brands, and monitoring the implementation of this strategy. This also includes developing and implementing specific initiatives to improve the Group's environmental impacts.Also heavily involved the the development and publication of the New Zealand Post Group Annual report in 2012 and 2013, including the use of the Integrated Reporting Framework, the first report to do so in NZ. This report was recognised at the 2013 NZICA awards as Best Sustainability Report.

Responsible for delivering programmes that implemented the Sustainable City Strategy and Climate Change strategy. This included developing a number of policy platforms, education programmes, awareness campaigns and implementing physical and infrastructural works.
