I collaborate on a small UX innovation team to discover new opportunities for Allstate.

I designed both responsive web and native iOS/Android screens for digital Allstate products. I attended daily standups with developers to answer design questions end did QA to ensure the final product met our standards. I collaborated with my UX team, project owners, developers, and business stakeholders to design new features. I also participated in user research testing to ensure our product was achieving its purpose.

I built a style guide for a digital product. I created assets and helped establish a design system to be put into development.

I was selected from my cohort to join Designation to manage a subsequent cohort. My responsibilities include assisting the creative director, leading daily standups, and providing feedback through design critiques. I assist emerging designers to become proficient in design thinking principles and master visual design software.

I crafted a visual direction and design system for digital products. I collaborated with a team to research the domain, analyze competitors, and conduct user testing. I designed style tiles, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, UI kits, and style guides for responsive mobile and web platforms. My clients included:Charactour–a social media platform that allows users to match their personality to over 4,500 characters in entertainment. Packed with Purpose–a startup that curates B2B and B2C gift packages featuring products sourced from social enterprises or purpose-driven companies within the US.

I coordinated photo shoots, set up lighting, directed models, and prepared scenes. In post-production I processed, retouched, and color corrected images.

I designed and processed customer artwork for large-format digital printing. I ensured the printer operators had a steady flow of jobs to keep all the subsequent departments engaged in production. I also trained new production artists.

I created banners and installed vinyl graphics on commercial vehicles as half of a two-person company.

I started as a sales associate and was promoted to a management position. I was responsible for the opening and closing of the store. I coordinated my team to process shipments and display the merchandise on the sales floor.

I designed templates for the company website and proofed and finalized the production of posters. I also packaged orders for the shipping department.
