 During my placement year at university, I worked for Symonds consulting mainly to Speed Check Ltd for design and implementation of the average speed systems after Home office approval had recently been gained. Part-time role and full time through holiday periods to fund my way through college. Tasks included, CNC automated engineering programming, mechanical assembly & fitting, machining by manual lathe & milling machines and Welding. During the final period here I was involved in R&D projects for new product designs for pressure welding machines.
