With over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader who strives to optimize human resources processes and outcomes for The Home for Little Wanderers, a non-profit organization that provides services and support for children and families in need. As the Director of Talent Acquisition & HRIS, I lead a team of HR professionals who handle all aspects of talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding, as well as ensuring the full utilization of our HRIS platform, UKG Pro. I also leverage HR data and analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and inform strategic planning. Some of my highlights include increasing the quantity, quality, and diversity of applicants, reducing the time-to-fill, and creating and delivering real-time analytics to help drive best practices. My mission is to use my skills and expertise in HR data and systems to enhance the talent acquisition function and support the organization's goals and values. I am always looking to learn new technologies, methodologies, and best practices in the HR field, as well as to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
