With over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader who strives to optimize human resources processes and outcomes for The Home for Little Wanderers, a non-profit organization that provides services and support for children and families in need. As the Director of Talent Acquisition & HRIS, I lead a team of HR professionals who handle all aspects of talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding, as well as ensuring the full utilization of our HRIS platform, UKG Pro.
