• Working on Open Indents and identifying resources internally• Proposing employees for the matching indents based on the skills.• Expertise in SMWB/MRS SAP Application• Updating EFD (Effective Fulfillment Date) for each indent in SAP.• Tracking the employees proposed data in SAP.• Using the following excel work sheets for identifying the resources to fulfill the open Demand • Bench Report (Existing and Virtual Bench employee details)• Follow up (Call/Mail) with Project manager and Delivery manager for Reserving and for Allocating resources for the suitable indents.• Calling/Mailing employees who are in the free pool or likely to come in the free pool in one month and confirming their availability for the next assignment.• Working closely with Project Managers/Delivery Managers and providing the suitable candidate profiles to fulfill open demands.• Playing a role of “Resourcing Manager” and handling accounts independently.• Updating the mode of fulfillment to the MIS executive (MOF: Internally/Contract/Recruit).• Updating EFD (Effective Fulfillment Date) for each indent.• Follow-up (Call/Mail) with the contract team or the recruitment team for external profiles• Manage external staffing both offshore and onsite• Coordinate with Recruiters to prioritize requirements based on the Project dynamics• MIS/Reports generation• To keep track of Resources in free pool in ADM and to ensure maximum utilization of the resources by allocating these resources to the requirements in co-ordnance with Delivery/Project managers.• knowledge of Resource planning, allocation and billing transactions in SAP – MRS• Identification of right skill for the resource requirements at the right time.• Manage bench, projections, SAP update (MRS)• Maintain Open Recruitment indents and JCs and work with recruitment team to review & monitor the progress and drive towards immediate closures • Regular follow-ups and timely Escalation.
